I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, big, and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. However, the noise and bright light from the car park were a bit bothersome with only a net curtain available. The service was fantastic, available 24/7, although there was a slight issue with communication about the room location. The location, while close to where we needed to be, was not the nicest area, surrounded by shops and close to the freeway. The dining experience was not part of the hotel but the nearby options were delicious and affordable. The facilities were good, but the iHome alarm going off unexpectedly was an inconvenience.
